NTT DATA goes global with SAP services partnership

NTT DATA has expanded its relationship with SAP, becoming a global services partner in a bid to drive further business innovation with customers.

The new agreement will provide customers with increased implementation services, enhanced solution delivery, increased global reach and improved pricing options in support of SAP applications.

NTT DATA currently generates global revenue of $1.4 billion in SAP software-related services.

On the new partnership, Eiji Yamada, senior executive vice president, NTT DATA, said: “NTT DATA has rapidly expanded its global business in the past few years and SAP is a fundamental part of our growth strategy. The close cooperation with SAP helps us fulfil our global capability, and local and global clients have the same access to our highest standards of IT innovation and experience in order to manage their future challenges.”

Rodolpho Cardenuto, president, global partner operations, SAP, said the company’s global partners play a fundamental role in supporting SAP’s growth pillars, including cloud, HANA and applications.

NTT DATA is headquartered in Tokyo, with operations in 40 countries, including Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Singapore and Vietnam.
