Melbourne City Football Club, part of the multinational City Football Group, is using SAP SuccessFactors to boost employee engagement as well as team performance both on and off the field.
Since 2010, the City Football Group has experienced the kind of organisational challenges associated with rapid growth, increasing from one team with 250 employees to six teams with more than 1,200 employees in 10 locations around the world, including UK Premier League champions, Manchester City FC. The club embraced SAP SuccessFactors to meet its challenges with performance reviews and global collaboration, enabling them to align global and local HR objectives and strategies and to increase productivity throughout the organisation.
SAP SuccessFactors has enabled the club’s staff to share best practices across teams and to work together more effectively and more efficiently. The club is now able to benchmark roles around the world, enabling it to quickly identify and reward high-performers.
