L’OCCITANE Group deploys SuccessFactors solutions

Cosmetics group L’OCCITANE has selected SAP SuccessFactors solutions to deliver digital HR transformation across its global operations, which includes 3000 retail outlets in 90 countries.

With the implementation, L’OCCITANE has installed an HR platform consistent across the globe, which will provide insights into its retail operations, improve standardisation and efficiency of HR processes, reduce administration of core HR processes and provide one user experience for all employees.

L’OCCITANE’s store employees, managers, HR and corporate office all benefit from having direct access to employee data, and all candidates now access the same streamlined application process that is consistent throughout the company’s global operations.
