City Football Group, owner of international football clubs including Manchester City, New York City FC, Melbourne City FC and Yokohama F. Marinos, has implemented SAP SuccessFactors human capital management (HCM) solutions to manage its growing global workforce.

As it expanded with new clubs on different continents on board, City Football Group moved to implement an advanced human resources information system to empower employees with self-service and collaboration tools.

The group implemented SuccessFactors Employee Central, the Performance & Goals solution, and the SAP Jam social software platform.

Together the portfolio of SuccessFactors solutions transformed the group’s data in a single structure, and standardised performance management and calibration processes across geographies, with performance reviews now managed through an interactive online portal that is universal across location. Using SAP Jam helps employees stay engaged and up-to-date on the latest football and company news as well as collaborate and contribute to a range of community initiatives.
