ClickSoftware has signed a global reseller agreement with SAP, for the vendor to resell its Field Service Edge solution as the SAP Scheduling and Resource Management application by ClickSoftware.
For service-based businesses, optimisation of every aspect of service – including scheduling, routing and individual resource performance – can provide cost savings and increase customer satisfaction, through more accurate travel time predictions, tighter appointment windows and more jobs completed per day.
ClickSoftware’s solution enables real-time, automated and context-based recommendations for service planning, scheduling, execution and analysis.
