The role involves working closely with colleagues and in particular SAP SRM Consultants to provide advice on functionality and configuration for SAP SRM Modules, providing 2nd and 3rd level support, involving problem solving, issue resolution and analysing incident trends and liaising with stakeholders with regards to system changes, functionality, performance.
